Once you’ve completed the homebuyer workshop, we offer individual pre-purchase counseling with a certified housing counselor to assist you through the process of:
- The 4 C’s of credit(Credit, Capacity, Capital & Collateral)
- Reviewing mortgage product options
- Reviewing down payment and closing cost programs
- Self-selecting a leander
- Understanding the mortgage documents
- Self-selecting a realtor
