These sessions are for individuals seeking homeownership and are more than 12 months from being mortgage ready. These workshops will assist to advance you on your path to homeownership. Once you are within 12 months of purchasing a home, we will connect you with a one-on-one housing counselor.

Client Goals/ Benchmarks:
To become within 12 months of home purchase

• Credit at 630 or above
• At least $1,000 in savings
• No more than $2,000 in collections
• DTI 35/45 (or reasonable)
• Must have an upfront ratio
• Must attend at least 4 different topics of Group Counselling
