These sessions are for individuals seeking homeownership and are more than 12 months from being mortgage ready. These workshops will assist to advance you on your path to homeownership. Once you are within 12 months of purchasing a home we will connect you with a one-on-one housing counselor.

CLIENT GOALS/BENCHMARKS:

• To become within 12 months of home purchase
• Credit at 630 or above At least $1,000 in savings No more than $2,000 in collections
• DTI 35/45 (or reasonable)
• Must attend at least 4 different topics of Group Counseling\
