During this exciting event, Realtors will learn the benefits of partnering with Solita’s House Inc. As a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and HUD approved Nonprofit. Solita’s House has become the preferred housing counseling organization in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Realtors will learn about the organization’s wide range of services and lending products, including mortgage and down payment assistance loan packages. Learning about these different products may greatly support you as a Realtor in assisting your clients.
